Cruise Market Access helps food and beverage brands enter the cruise industry through brand evaluations, market positioning, compliance support, and product presentation guidance. Submitting our contact form does not create a paid engagement; any paid services are governed by a separate agreement.

• Ensure your products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and certifications
• Do not submit confidential information unless you intend it for evaluation purposes

While we bring deep industry expertise and relationships, we do not guarantee placement with any cruise line, contract award, or specific commercial results. Any figures or estimates provided are illustrative, not promises. Where a Re-Engagement Guarantee is offered, it covers continued CMA services and representation for a second year if placement is not secured within Year 1; it is not a guarantee of a purchase order from any cruise line.

All content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and branding) belongs to Cruise Market Access and may not be copied or reused without written permission. You retain full ownership of any product information you submit to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cruise Market Access is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

If you purchase a service package, fees and billing terms are described at checkout or in your service agreement. The program begins with a $1,500 Market Opportunity Evaluation; if you decide not to continue after it, there are no additional payments. If you continue, the Evaluation fee is credited toward the program option you choose, as set out in your agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in your agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
