Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Cruise Market Access ("CMA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
This website collects the following information.
Details you enter in the brand inquiry form
Your first and last name, company or brand name, work email, phone number, country of origin, primary channel of interest, whether you currently sell in the U.S., product categories, the description of your products, your website or catalog link, whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and the time you accepted our Terms and this Privacy Policy.
Product catalog file
If you upload a product catalog, the file is stored privately. It has no public link, and only CMA administrators can open it.
IP address and browser information
When you submit the form, we record your IP address, your browser's user agent (a short text that identifies your browser and device type), and the time of the submission. We also record submission times against your email address. We use this information only to prevent spam and abuse, such as repeated automated submissions, and keep it in a rate-limit log.
How you found our site
When you arrive, the site notes the page you landed on, the website that referred you (if your browser shares it), and any campaign details in the link, such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs from Google (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) or Meta (fbclid). These stay in your browser for the current visit and reach us only if you submit the form, together with the address of the page the form was on. We use them to understand how visitors find our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Respond to your inquiry and evaluate your brand for the cruise market
- Communicate about our services and your onboarding process
- Improve our website and services
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever. Your data is never used for advertising or shared with marketing partners.
4. Data Sharing
We only share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our website (such as hosting and email delivery), and only to the extent necessary. All such providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Cookies & Analytics
We may use basic analytics to understand site usage (pages visited, time on site). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or while we work together. You may request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through our contact form or by emailing Onboarding
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the methods above.
8. Security
